Fit Healthy Intelligent Solvent Gay guy looking for a women interested in co-parenting/surrogacy and to help with sperm donation.
So I thought I would add a little context and clarity as to what I am ideally looking for from this site. I know that being a gay man would be a put off to some women who are looking for a co-parenting relationship, however I normally find that this is because many women connect ""gay"" with being ""camp"", which I simply am not, and actually if you think about it there could be additional benefits above and beyond those relationships between a straight man and woman. However you will have your own thoughts and personal opinions about this which I shan't seek to change - for those of you that have read this and thinking a gay dad isn't for my kid - I wish you well in starting your own family. For those women who aren't deterred by the gender of person I share my bed with - hopefully you will read this and find some of the qualities that you are looking for, in a person that for 18+ years, you will need to have a close relationship with. This website should be about a starting point - an initial connection, to finding out if we are compatible, and that our habits, beliefs and lifestyles can merge to bring our child up in a happy, caring and loving family, to that end I'll start the conversation but if you decide to message back it would be really useful if you gave me a little thought and content as to what you are like and the kind of upbringing you wish any child of yours to have.Family life:Well I guess the first place to start is to give you a picture of what my family was like - I am 36 (July '83) and was born to a Film/Stage Gaffer (Head of Lighting on a Set) and a Local Government/Council Officer.
Sadly my father died of a road traffic accident when I was 18 months old and I was raised in a single parent widow family. My Mother remarried in 90's and fell pregnant again with my baby (half) sister Daisy who is 10 years younger than I am.I grew up in South East London, and its here that I currently still live, having bought back into the area a few years ago.I am very much a family man - I like spending time with all of my family from my grandmother to my 8 week old (born february 2011) God son. on the whole we are a relatively small close knit group that are really supportive and protective of one and other.I went to a good school to which I got a partial scholarship to attend, and also attend University where I read Geography.
Academic History:I hold an Upper Second Honours Degree majoring in Geography and minoring in Planning, while at University I got quite heavily involved in politics and Students' Union-ism at both a local and national level. While in Secondary School I held some national prizes for Chemistry, and was a keen junior Dinghy/boat racer.
Alongside this I was actively involved in extra curricula activities, the arts, sports and theatrical lighting where all in my hobbies.I was fortunate enough to attend a primary school that only had 10 children in class and felt I really benefited from, and enjoyed this environment.
Personal Life:At the time of writing I am a single fella - I wouldn't mind someone in my life to share things with, but neither is this a necessity - whatever happens in that department happens I guess. ""/I have however wanted to be a dad and have my own family for as long as I can remember, and while my sexuality is somewhat a barrier to that happening, I dont see it as insurmountable, and ideally I would like to have more than one child with the same women, but a realist that things people and circumstances change.
For my work, I am a manager within a large charity, I get to work from home and work flexi hours. (My salary range is in the bracket above, for those of you whom are interested in that).
I own my own three bedroom house in London (my child(ren) would be able to have their own room), that backs onto a park with a river, tennis cour
