Other Info:
I’m single bi woman looking to conceive and raise a child on my own or with another person. I am also a high school teacher who is curious, caring, and grounded.
I value openness, kindness, learning, accountability, stability, fun, and seeking beauty. Growing up, my parents instilled in me that “you can be rich in money or rich in experience” and that I should aim for the latter. Also, that “a swim will heal whatever ails you.”
I was raised on Wardandi Noongar Boojar (southwest region of WA) but I am currently living on Arrernte Country (Alice Springs, NT). At this stage I’m deciding where I want to be to have/raise my first child. I prefer to live in smaller regional centres rather than cities but, wherever I am I want to feel connected to a supportive community. At some point I want to move back to WA to be closer to my family.
I am looking for a potential sperm donor but I am also open to finding a co-parent who is dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and supportive environment for a young person. The gender of that coparent is less important to me than their values and attitudes towards health and conflict. As a donor and/or co-parent you would ideally be someone who prioritises your health, has healthy boundaries and can communicate your needs. You are reliable, emotionally mature, financially independent, and willing to communicate openly and respectfully.
If you think that might be you please get in contact. Share with me: What are your top one/two statements you live by? What are the ways you show people that you care about them? What are your hopes for the young person/people you help bring into the world?
