Payments and Subscriptions

Creating a profile and searching for matches on Co-ParentMatch.com is completely free. You can browse profiles and use the matching tools at no cost. Only when you decide to communicate with other members do you need to upgrade to a premium membership.

This means that if you do not find a suitable match, there is nothing to pay.

Premium Membership

To send and receive messages, you must upgrade to premium membership. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and are processed securely through PayPal or Apple (via in-app purchases).

You are always in control of your subscription. You may cancel at any time, whether you choose to subscribe for one week, one month, or a longer period. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

Currency & Pricing Information

Membership prices are set in UK Pounds (GBP). If you are paying in another currency, PayPal or Apple will automatically convert the amount using the current exchange rate on the day of payment. Exchange rates may vary slightly and are outside of our control.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their subscription to prevent future charges. You can cancel up until the day before your next scheduled payment.

Cancelling a PayPal Subscription

1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Go to Settings or Profile
3. Select Payments and then Manage automatic payments
4. Find the payment you wish to cancel
5. Select the payment and click Cancel

Cancelling an Apple (App Store) Subscription

1. Open Settings on your Apple device
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Choose Co-ParentMatch
5. Use the options provided to cancel your subscription

How Do I Delete or Deactivate My Profile?

You may deactivate your profile at any time by logging into your account and navigating to:

1. Profile
2. Account Settings
3. Select Delete Profile at the bottom of the page

Please ensure your subscription has also been cancelled via PayPal or Apple. To permanently delete your account, contact our support team directly.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Apple. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards, including:

• MasterCard / Eurocard
• Maestro
• American Express
• PayPal balance and PayPal Top Up Card

Debit cards are accepted if they display a Visa or MasterCard logo.

How PayPal Chooses a Payment Method

1. Funds in your PayPal balance are used first
2. If insufficient, funds are taken from your linked bank account
3. If no bank account is linked, your credit or debit card is charged

Most payment methods are processed instantly. eCheques may take several business days to clear.
