Standard members cannot send or read received messages.
Premium members CAN send and receive UNLIMITED messages.
How much does Co-ParentMatch.com cost?
It's free to search for a match and add your own profile. At the point where you find a member(s) you wish to correspond with you will need to upgrade in order to send and receive messages. This means that if you do not find a match there is no fee to pay.
You will be prompted to upgrade when you try to access a premium member feature such as reading a message in your Mailbox.
You can subscribe through Paypal or Apple. Paypal will enable you to pay by credit/debit card or bank account.
As soon as you have subscribed you can cancel your subscription meaning no further payments will be taken. E.G. if you subscribe to a monthly package today you can cancel the subscription today or tomorrow so no more payments will be taken - you can then still enjoy the months premium membership you have paid for. When that 1 month expires you can choose again to upgrade if you wish. The longer the membership package you subscribe to the more you save.
If you do not want to pay via a subscription method simply email us and we will arrange a one off payment.
On your billing page where you subscribe you will see a statement that explains our membership prices are based in UK sterling and all other currencies are converted by Paypal with the current conversion rate. This rate changes slightly daily and we are unable to control it.
Example: If you join on a monthly subscription the rate you pay will be a conversion from £14.99 UK sterling into US dollars based on the conversion rate that day.

How do I stop my subscription or delete my account with PayPal?
Using PayPal gives you maximum control over your account so please remember it is the member’s responsibility to cancel their own subscription to prevent any further payments being taken.
To cancel your own subscription or recurring payment:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
3. Click My Money then click Update beside My preapproved payments to find your payment.
4. Select the payment and then click Cancel.
A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.
If you subscribe via the App please cancel through Apple following these instructions:
1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
6. Use the options to manage your subscription.
